Regarding MLIF, please bear in mind that your in fact W3C, LISA OSCAR and OASIS have in fact been working together, resulting in the creation of the OAXAL (Open Architecture for XML Authoring and Localization) Reference Architecture Technical Committee in August of this year. OAXAL encompasses XLIFF, TMX, SRX, xml:tm, GMX/V, Unicode TR29, DITA, DocBook, SVG as well as W3C ITS.
